General Hospital’s Laura Wright Gets Personal

In a real to life new meeting in the issue of Soap Opera Digest discounted now, Laura Wright (Carly, GH) opens up about the passionate drop out from her separation — and the experience of beginning to look all starry eyed at again with playmate Wes Ramsey (ex-Sam, GUIDING LIGHT et al). “It’s an extremely fascinating procedure, you know, to be in your 40s, getting separated, being on a TV appear, having children heading out to school and need to go, ‘Stunning, who am I now?’ ” takes note of the performing artist, who says that she “at last needed to figure out how to quit running” from the feelings of trepidation and instabilities the split put a focus on.

Notwithstanding being in what she depicts as “an unbelievable relationship” with Ramsey, Wright says that taking a shot at herself is the thing that has made her upbeat today. “It was the work I did, or who I moved toward becoming before I kept running into him, that has made me upbeat.”

Lifetime Drama : Alum Daniel Cosgrove Role in Daytime Lands

Daniel Cosgrove (“All My Children,” “Days of our Lives,” “Guiding Light”) Daytime Lands has landed a recurring role in the upcoming Lifetime original drama series, “You.”

Written and executive produced by Greg Berlanti and Sera Gamble, “You” is a psychological thriller based on Caroline Kepnes’ best-selling novel of the same name. It’s a modern-day story that asks the question, “What would you do for love?” It follows bookstore manager Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley; ex-Dan Humphrey, “Gossip Girl”), who after crossing paths with an aspiring writer, Beck (Elizabeth Lail), uses today’s technology to find out everything he can about her, including those she keeps close so he can remove all obstacles in his way.

Deadline gives this synopsis for the upcoming drama:  “You is described as a 21st century love story that asks, “What would you do for love?” When a brilliant bookstore manager Joe (Badgley) crosses paths with an aspiring writer, Beck (Lail), his answer becomes clear: anything.”

Cosgrove’s list of acting credits also include roles such as; Scott Chandler on ‘All My Children’, Chris Hughes on ‘As the World Turns’, Billy Lewis III on ‘Guiding Light’ and much more. Stay tuned for updates!

Cosgrove will play Ron, a parole officer and Joe’s neighbor. Ron is also the abusive stepfather with a drinking problem to Paco (Luca Padovan).
